More than 400 LED panels create five, attention-grabbing screens.

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. . — PSAV’s team at the Hilton Bonnet Creek spent more than 300 hours to assemble a mesmerizing set, featuring five large screens composed of more than 400 LED panels.

Although several challenges arose, including a language barrier and a short time-frame for load-in, the team carefully planned ahead with logistics, and achieved their goal of completing a flawless event.

“The producer was thrilled that we were able to mirror his rendering and was captivated by the outcome,” said PSAV Senior Project Manager John Bailey.
