DALLAS — For providing exceptional customer service before and during IBM’s recent meeting at one of PSAV’s newest partners, the Hyatt Regency Dallas, PSAV team members Mary Dichard and Brian Goodrow were honored by the technology and consulting corporation with the Hyatt Gold Key.
According to IBM’s meeting planner, the company chose to host their event at the Hyatt Regency because of Dichard and Goodrow’s tenacity and helpfulness during their initial discovery call.
“It is an honor to receive the Gold Key for exemplary service for the IBM conference,” said Dichard. “Brian Goodrow and I made a strong connection with the IBM meeting planners during our initial discovery call and that eventually led to us receiving the Gold Key. Our extra TLC really paid off, as they had an incredibly successful show and had nothing but good things to say about us and the hotel! It was a great experience, and I am happy to have been a part of it.”
In response to receiving the award, Goodrow responded, “Winning a Gold Key at the Hyatt, especially as a partner, is always a huge honor. Our team executed IBM flawlessly from preplanning to final wrapup, and it’s great to see us get recognized by the client and the hotel for our efforts.
