WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Marriott Wardman Park recently hosted the Kentucky Bluegrass Ball as one of the many presidential inaugural balls in the area, and the PSAV team, along with its partner BRAVO! Events by Design, put together a monumental event for thousands of attendees, including many government officials.
The event was broadcasted live, which left no room for error. Director of Event Technology Yusuf Sediqi, Director of Sales Ryan Yarczower, Project Manager Joshua Steffen, Sales Managers Jermaine Johnson and Jackie Pickett and Event Technology Specialists Leigh Aylott, Antwan Brown, Ray Scott, Bianca Williams and stepped up to the challenge and carefully planned for four months to create a memorable formal affair.
For three days, the team integrated all available resources to successfully execute all the inaugural programs and galas. The team operated HD projectors, a line-array sound system and moving lights that took the crowd by storm.
“All the restless nights, hard work and planning paid off,” said Sediqi. “This was a huge accomplishment for our team, and it was an exciting way to kick off 2013.”
