ORLANDO — PSAV’s team at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando had hosted Microsoft’s xDM13 conference previously, but this time around, the client requested a greater emphasis on branding.

Sales Manager Ethan Scoggins and Area Technical Director Jeff Smith came up with the clever solution of posting freestanding kiosks outside each breakout room. Created with MBP Scenic paneling and plasma screens, the kiosks provided the client with the extra branding that was requested, as well as the added benefit of providing event information to attendees.

To produce Microsoft’s conference, Scoggins, Smith, Garin Combs, Josh Everett, Richard Johnson and Matt Meyers borrowed more than 20 fellow team members from nearby PSAV hotels, including Doral Golf Resort & Spa; DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld; Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress; InterContinental Tampa; JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes; Loews Don Cesar Hotel; Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, as well as PSAV’s Branch Services team.

Freestanding kiosks, created with MBP Scenic paneling and digital monitors, provided Microsoft with additional branding and eye-catching event resources.
