NASHVILLE – PSAV received an outpouring of compliments and rave reviews for its successful
execution of “A Country Christmas: The Holiday Tradition Continues ALL-STAR Rally” at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
Having supported the rally multiple times, the PSAV Team knew what the client wanted and wasn’t afraid to take risks. For this particular one, the team received an opportunity to feature a new product offering — video mapping.
“When I heard about the concept for this rally, I immediately pitched the idea that there would be creative opportunities and budget savings by using video-mapped scenic elements instead of searching for props and set pieces,” said PSAV Director of Operations Jon Loflin.
Loflin reached out to PSAV Product Management Specialist Mark Consiglio for assistance, who played a vital role in providing the training and the video-mapping solution to the team in Nashville.
More than 3,000 attendees rallied in the convention center and experienced four live productions throughout the day that comprised of food, prizes, giveaways and performances.
“Whether it is a standard monthly management meeting of 300 or a company-wide production of 3,000, full of pyro, smoke machines and sound effects, PSAV comes through for us at every occasion. They go beyond the context of their roles and always exceed our expectations,” said STAR Events and Communications Manager Amber Hurdle.
“Without the help of PSAV, these rallies would absolutely not be possible,” said STAR Event Production Specialist Laura Hadley. “We are forever grateful for their hard work, dedication, skills and talent, and it’s so reassuring to work with people who take on each and every project as though it’s the most important project they’ve ever worked on!”
