NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. –  For the sixth year, PSAV teamed up with the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center to deliver a holly jolly Christmas to visitors of the month-long celebration of “Christmas on Potomac”.

PSAV provided 65 Varilite vl3000 profiles, eight Varilite vl3000 washes, seven Syncrolite SXBs, 120 Colorblast Powercore RGB lights, 100 Colorblast TRX RBGAW lights, a GrandMA2 Light Console, three GrandMA2 NPUs, a two-port node and an overwhelming amount of custom LED sheer curtains.

To ensure the safety of the rigging coordinators, the PSAV National Rigging Installation Team visits the local team twice a year to provide robust training classes before load-in and load-out.

“I have been constantly impressed with the work the PSAV National Rigging Installation Team does on this project,” said PSAV Event Technology Specialist Scott Long. “I am extremely proud of the team I get to work with each year on this and look forward to working on this event year-after-year.”

The PSAV team members who were involved included Long, Tony Eckerman, Kristina Whitsell, James Klinglesmith, Elizabeth Johnson Long, Larry Poupore, Charles Desporte, John Beckstoffer, William Wheelhouse and Alex Knapp.
