Maxvantage Gains an Advantage From PSAV

DALLAS—In late October, more than 800 meeting planners made their way to the ballroom of the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre for the Maxvantage event and were left in awe.

The onsite team and PSAV employees from other partner locations together formulated a design that impressed not only the attendees, but also the hotel’s general manager.

PSAV’s director of event  technology Wendi Polvado, assistant director of event technology Donald Natt and senior event technology specialists Brian Strong, Chris Cerione, Joel Bronaugh, Edgar Gonzalez and Nancy Giles all worked diligently and placed 75 LED lights, 28 Lekos and many gobos throughout the hotel.

“This event was a truly a group effort and I appreciate my wonderful teammates from the Dallas region,” said Polvado.

Following the event, Hilton General Manager Michael McGilligan reached out to PSAV RVP of Operations Scott Nodsle and said, “The team here did a fabulous job with the party. You should be proud of Wendi and the gang. They were great.”
