Beyond Imagination

CHICAGO — The staff at The Drake Hotel extended their appreciation to the PSAV team for a job well done at the  One Health Conference 2012 in mid June.

“Props to the PSAV team! They can transform any space to fulfill your event needs,”  read The Drake Hotel’s Facebook page.

For three days, more than 250 safety executives attended the General session, breakout sessions, and networking events.

PSAV provided a 20 LED blazers, 20 LED blasts, six Lekos for the general stage wash, six 46-inch monitors that were hung on columns, 10 wireless microphones, a Pres pro and Image pro for six content computers and an ILM ARS system.

“The Gold Coast ballroom is typically a challenge when it comes to functionality,” said PSAV Director of Event Technology Candice Wagner. “We had to prove to the client that it was possible to transform this ballroom into a functional meeting room.”

Though the client did not have high expectations before he came on-site, his opinion changed as soon as he walked through the ballroom doors.

The client exclaimed, “Well, you made a believer out of me! This looks great!”

“The PSAV team and the set truly made this conference a success here,” said Wagner. “Not to mention, we received a high five from the hotel’s general manager!”
