A Pitch Worth Catching

KANSAS CITY, Mo.— PSAV at The Westin Crown Center here recently pitched a vision for the Terracon Principals’ Meeting that resulted in the client agreeing to spend nearly 40 times the amount they spent on events in the past.

PSAV set up a general session with custom-built acrylic surrounds and atomic wafer walls that impressed clients and attendees.

A few months before the event, the team went above and beyond and provided  a rendering for the client, hoping to win their trust in PSAV’s abilities. Typically not a firm believer in the affects of AV in a meeting, the client had never invested much in event technology. After the client saw what PSAV could bring to a meeting, the client agreed to spend nearly 40 times the amount they spent on events in the past with another provider.

PSAV provided dual-stacked 7k projectors, 40 LED lights, four moving LEDs, two Mac 2K and screen surrounds from MBP Scenic.

“Thanks to you and your staff for all of your efforts for Terracon’s Principals’ Meeting last week,” said the client. “We have received numerous compliments on the entire event and how smoothly it ran.”
