PSAV Goes Vogue

DALLAS—The Hilton Anatole opened its doors to the Fashion’s Living Canvas event on April 10. PSAV was on hand to support audio and lighting.

The team provided 12 EV-powered speakers and subs, 30 Lekos, four Mac 550 movers, 30 Color Force 12 LED lights, 5 Color Force 72 LED lights, a Hog 1000 board and a laptop running Jands Vista V2 software.

PSAV was faced with several challenges, including keeping the lighting and audio cables hidden in the event prior to the fashion show and managing the overall look and feel of the event while working in sync with the talent and the DJ.

The team rose up to the challenges, and executed the event successfully.

“We had a lot of fun with this show from the planning to implementation,” said PSAV Event Technology Specialist Brian Strong. “Due to the success of the event, there is a very strong possibility that the Hilton Anatole will be hosting events like this in the near future.”
